Jamie Stumpe

Founder

Jamie is the founder and principal coach of Strength to Strength. Jamie has worked in the fitness industry for over 9-years. During this time he has worked as a Nike Master Trainer, a franchise owner and head coach for Essex Boot Camp and as an exclusive Personal Trainer at Club 51 in London.

In 2015 he started his own company “Strength To Strength” with very clear and simple mission:

To motivate, inspire and guide men & women to live a fit, healthy and happy life

His approach to both nutrition, exercise and life are the same:

  1. Focus on quality before quantity
  2. Keep things simple
  3. Do the best you can with what you have
  4. Make one change at a time

It's through these core principles that he coaches his clients to discover that strong, healthy and happy person hidden within.
